Nursing Services

Trefoil Care Services is registered to provide specialised supports as a provider with National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and Department of Health Services (DHS) Victoria. Our specialised supports include but are not limited to the provision of Community Nursing Care for High Care Needs, Specialised Assessment of skills, abilities and needs, and Therapeutic Supports.

We employ Registered Nurses with relevant experience, especially in community nursing and nurses with post graduate qualifications, such as Continence and Wound Management Nurses and other relevant specialty fields such as high dependency nursing.
