Our Services
Trefoil Care Services provides disability and personal care staff relief for health care organisations and a range of in-home care options.
Service plans are developed in consultation with our clients, their families and/or guardians and treating teams to ensure that the clients’ needs are met.
The maintenance and maximisation of client independence is supported within the home and wider community.
Services are provided to clients according to their needs from support 24 hours a day, 7 days per week to assistance as little as one hour a month.

Trefoil Care Services is registered to provide specialised support as a Provider with National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and Department of Health Services (DHS) Victoria.

Our Home Help Services are provided based on tasks which are identified and agreed upon prior to commencement of the service.
Respite Care
Our Respite Services are services that can be offered to primary carers, to provide them with an opportunity to attend activities and tasks by themselves, and are designed to meet their individual needs.
