Registered Nurses and Disability / Support Workers

Requirements to work for Trefoil Care Services:
- Understanding of and willingness to practice within the National Standards for Disability Services.
- Willingness to participate in continual professional development activities in home based programs and well as health institutions.
- Contribute to Quality Management principles.

The roles and functions of the pay classification you agree to upon sign up, according to your experience and qualifications.
To apply for our positions you must submit the following documents:
- Curriculum Vitae.
- Statement of Service (highly desirable if available for proof of classification and year level progression).
- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA (if applying for a Registered Nurse position).
- Copies of all relevant Qualification certificates with Units of Competency listed on the back of the Certificate.
- Colour photocopies of Drivers License/or Passport/or Birth Certificate (proof of identity purposes).
- Satisfactory National Police Check.
- Working with Children Card – Employment Level.
- Willingness to sign Statutory Declaration (for Aged, Disability and vulnerable persons compliance).
