Trefoil Care Services is a disability care organisation that exists to support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities achieve their goals in life.
We provide support when and where you need it, whether it’s in your home, at school, or in the community. We are passionate about providing high-quality support that is individualised to our client’s needs. At Trefoil Care Services, we see the person, not the disability.

About Us
Trefoil Care Services was founded in 2013 as a Nursing, Rehabilitation, Personal Care, Disability Care, Aged Care, Respite and Home Care service organisation.
Service plans are developed in consultation with our clients, their families and/or guardians and treating teams to ensure that the clients’ needs are met. The maintenance and maximisation of client independence is supported within the home and wider community.
Services are provided to clients according to their needs from support 24 hours a day, 7 days per week to assistance as little as two hours a month.

We are aiming to open an office space in Ballarat where we can run larger programs for group activities and support a learning and development environment for our clients.
